Stanley Nii Armah
Stanley is the Chairman and President at DSS Project Management Limited. He has over 12 years’ experience in the management and handling of turnkey commercial scale projects. He has previously worked as a bank instruments advisor for the Bank of Asia(BVI) Ltd in the British Virgin Islands.
He has worked and coordinated with both local and international oil and gas firms and refineries. He studied for a Master's Degree in Finance from Harvard University, USA. He leads the overall administration and management and directs and manages the strategic placement of the company and the execution of all commercial scale projects.
Darryn Hatlen
Darryn Hatlen is a born and raised South African citizen. Attending schools in the Western Cape Winelands region, South Africa.
He attributed himself to being an entrepreneur who envisioned himself being an active part developing and growing Africa and developing skills that would inspire like-minded individuals to aspire to become active leaders, business leaders and participate in the growth and development of Africa and its people.
His first love is Africa and all its endless possibilities the continent has to offer in order to ensure its stability as a frontier leader in the global markets of trade and development. His primary focus is developing the economic stability and skills growth of nations within the continent to ensure future trades, projects development and economic stability of the continent.
He currently oversees the commodities trade platform of Consolidated Global Group Holdings (Pty) Ltd and is part of developing various projects in various African Nations.
He has an extensive Seventeen-year knowledge of the Retail Market primarily focused on the Franchise market in various industry sectors of Southern Africa. Working with International Manufacturers in setting up and running turnkey operations to ensure and secure successful brand growth and product output direct to the consumer market and not limited to extensive wholesale and logistics development and operations.
His vision is to create opportunities for all within the continent to create job skills to combat hunger, homelessness and poor health conditions by creating and developing the Continent into First World Status within his lifetime.
Bryan V. Kuizon
Mavis O. Armaa
Mavis is the General Manager at DSS Project Management Ltd. She has over 10 years of experience in the petroleum industry and has established relations with top level management of major refineries in the African continent She earned a B.A. in History from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi.
Maurizio Barba
Maurizio, is an astute and successful Italian businessman and financial expert from Rome, Italy.
Having had some work experiences in various fields: Financial/Insurance sector, Commodity Trading, Real Estate, etc. he had partnered with important Financial Institutions, both Italian and foreign companies, and he worked as an external consultant for key companies in the international financial market Bucharest / Dubai / London, and, as a consulting company, for international clients such as Foundation, Private Equity Fund (foreign multi-sector fund), important italian Hotellerie Group, financial broker company as related network manager, as one of their Italy's advisors for an Irish Company, offering an advancing tailormade formula, to purchase so-called "Distressed Properties", as well as very important Italian business net associations.
In the early 2000's, he knew former European Investment Bank Officer and today he’s still honoured to cooperate with him, who was one of his Mentor, and his son and he’s still today one of representative of their Advisoring Studio in Africa, with them he had been able to learn everything regarding EIB financing method, both in Europe more specifically in Italy, but especially, and above all, on the mechanisms and procedures obtaining non-recourse loan for Governments adhering to the New Cotonou Pact ACP countries (African, Caribbean and Pacific countries), making it one of his core business.
By experiencing West Africa, he also acquired good knowledge and experience in gold and rough diamonds trading.
